I can't remember my user name and password.
Just click the link next to the login box and enter the email address you used to set up your Tour Guide account. Your user name and password will be emailed to the address. If no user name and password match has been found, you will be invited to register or try another address.
How do I share my trip with friends and family?
You can share each trip with as many people as you want. Simply click on the "Share Trip" link in the left navigation. Then enter the name, email address and access level you want to give your friends / family. They will get an email with a new user name and password inviting them to see your trip. If the email address you submit matches someone who currently uses Tour Guide, your trip will be added to their account and they will receive an email notification.
Different access levels give you control over what happens to your trip information. Only the trip owner (you) can remove items from your trips.
I get a security warning about cookies when I try to log in.
Cookies must be enabled for Tour Guide to work. This is how the web site remembers which trip you're logged in to while you browse. We do not use cookies to track your browsing habits or remember personally identifiable information about you. For more information, please review our privacy policy.
Tour Guide keeps automatically logging me out.
Again, this may be due to having cookies disabled in your browser. If cookies are disabled, Tour Guide will not be able to remember which trip you're logged in to from one page to the next. For more information on our use of cookies, please review our privacy policy.
