Believe it or not, our sweet, southern city has a dark secret — we have more residents that we can count, literally. With our colorful history of dastardly pirates and violent battles, some of the spirits of Savannah’s past are still among us.
If you love ghost hunting, be sure to take a spooky ghost tour. You can board a hearse, a trolley or walk the historic squares with a guide toting a gas lantern in period costume. They say some of our old inns and restaurants are also haunted. For the truly brave, we have our share of centuries-old cemeteries too.
